2015年10月、アンドレア・デ・チンクエとその息子アレッサンドロはボローニャに酒造工場を設立しました。二人のリキュールに対する情熱とアンドレアの30年にわたる業界経験が、職人技による高品質なリキュール・シリーズを生み出す鍵となっています。

一世紀以上も前の古いレシピから生まれたリキュール、現代的でありながらも原点への想いに満ちたリキュール、そして想定外の、しかし見事な間違いから生まれたリキュールなど、私たちの製品はあなたの予想を裏切るものとなっています。

曽祖父フェルディナンド・デ・チンクエ（1876～1950）の文化的遺品が改めて発見され、それが計り知れない程の価値のある、驚くほど関連性の高い知的財産であったことが明らかになりました。 彼が残した多くの記録や製法は未だすべて研究されていませんが、近い将来、私達を驚かせてくれることでしょう。

当社は継続的に発展しており、その製品群は急速に知名度を上げ、イタリア中で多くの賞を受賞しています。
